This section provides you with the opportunity to report copyright infringement within Multiverse.

Multiverse contains User Generated Content (UGC) that allows users of Multiverse to post content to the app. While users agree not to post copyright infringing material, if copyright infringing material is posted, this is where you can notify us of it.

So, if you believe someone is using your copyrighted work without your permission, you can fill out the form below and FTL will take immediate action, removing the offending material as soon as possible.

Please note that we will need:

• Your complete contact information (full name, mailing address and phone number).*

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

• A description of the content on our site that you claim infringes your copyright.

• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our site.

PLEASE NOTE: That by submitting this form you are making a declaration that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted content described above, in the manner you have complained of, is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. That the information in your notice is accurate. And that under penalty of perjury, you are the owner, or authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive copyright that is allegedly infringed. Your full name entered below will be used as your electronic signature.
